Array Solutions and Hamation announce they have agreed
to a merger to provide Automated Solutions to both of their amateur radio,
commercial and military products.
Jay Terleski, owner of Array Solutions said, "This is a
strategic move on our part to address the need for automation, station
control, and the commercial/military radio automation needs. The synergy of
combining both our product lines will result in a higher value to our
customers than just the simple switches and widgets available today. From
our combined talents you will see everything from starter packages that
offer specific solutions to the amateur wishing to get a simple solution to
highly integrated packages to do full station control whether it be in the
shack or remotely operated. Our military and commercial business will
continue to grow with the additional software capabilities of Hamation, whom
