Commercial Tower Insulators

These insulators are made to fit sections of Rohn 25G, 45G, and 55G towers.

 The Array Solutions Tower Insulator has three major components: 

  1. The high voltage Delrin Insulator - very high strength
  2. The rain and salt spray cover
  3. Galvanized Upper and Lower tower mounting stubs

 

Included with each insulator is a hardware kit (for your convenience) containing the appropriate galvanized hardware for the lower and upper tower sections.

Construction

Corrosion and UV resistant Delren Rod*, and hot dipped galvanized steel.  All hardware is stainless or Galvanized

50 KW + to 10,000 ft above sea level

Tower Compatibility

ROHN 25G, 45G, 55G  - others upon request

Weight and size

6 lbs with cover attached – approx 2 feet in length

*Delrin is a thermoplastic acetal resin. The most important attributes of Delrin are high mechanical strength and rigidity, fatigue endurance and high resistance to moisture, gasoline and solvents, as well as very high voltage resistance.
