This antenna system features stacked phased large log periodic antennas which are controlled by the Array Solutions StackMatch, four long wires and three NVIS antennas also controlled by a custom control system using two StackMatches and a SixPak RF Matrix. Tower is 120 feet tall with two star guy brackets. All LPDA Antennas rotate individually.  

We modeled this total system in NEC4 to verify performance of all the LPDAs, Long wires, and NVIS antennas. We created custom phasing  based on the model. It worked perfectly with good gain and performance on all frequencies. We provided the customer with a full site software model that they can operate to match the angle of propagation predicted by their in house software.  Overall this is a fantastic system that performs just as modeled.

Top Log antennas is 70+ ft long (6.0-30Mhz)

Mid and lower Logs are 42 feet long (13-30Mhz)

4 Long wires are 900 feet long and 40 feet up Terminated in 600 ohms.

They are fed with Array Solutions Baluns and operate from 2-30 Mhz. 

3 NVIS 234 foot dipoles (2-30 Mhz) are feed with Array Solutions Baluns and 600 ohm feed lines.

Radial field of 60 radials ~75 feet long installed for the long wire feed point.

This system has already proven itself in making long, medium and short haul communications very reliable.
