The RADS 9-11/A1 is a combination U/VHF-HF/NVIS
man-portable antenna system, specifically designed and priced for Amateur
Radio EmComm. It covers the 144, 220 and 440 MHz Amateur U/VHF bands, plus
all adjacent public safety bands and the 80/75, 60, 40, 30 and 20 meter
Amateur HF bands. It is complete with everything needed, including coax
with UHF-type connectors. It will handle up to 200 watts carrier on U/VHF
and up to 100 watts P.E.P. on HF. Additional HF frequencies maybe covered
with the purchase of optional whip resonators. Other options are available,
such as HF wire dipole kits for other HF bands, MARS/CAP and other
frequencies. An Extended mast kit is also available that raises the
standard 12 foot mast to 24 feet. The included 25 foot U/VHF and 25 foot HF
feed lines are double-shielded, low-loss RG8X w/UHF-type connectors. An
optional Extension kit is available (required w/extended mast), that extends
both feed lines an additional 25 feet; for an overall length of 50 feet
each.

The RADS 9-11/A2 is really NOT a complete antenna
system but rather, an add-on system for the RADS 9-11/A1. It includes a
mounting kit for allowing the mast mounting of a user supplied electronic
tuner such as the SGC SG-237, Yaesu FC-40 or Icom AH-4 model tuners. Also
included, is a separate carry bag for the tuner, its mounting kit and
control lines. The addition of the RADS 9-11/A2 to a RADS 9-11/A1 basically
converts it to a RADS 9-11/A3 system. Other options are also available.

The RADS-Q is a complete U/VHF mobile antenna
system covering the 140, 220 and 440 MHz Amateur Radio U/VHF bands. It is
complete with separate 1/4 wave whips for all three of these bands and may
also be tuned to cover portions of adjacent public safety bands as well. It
comes in its own carry case and except for NMO-type mount; is complete and
ready to go. Optional whips for other bands are available, as well as
magnetic and permanent mounts.

The RADS 9-11/G1 is a U/VHF only, man-portable
antenna system designed for use by federal, state and local government
customers. It is supplied complete with 12 foot guyed fiberglass mast
system and omni-directional U/VHF antenna with 50 foot feed line with
customer’s choice of connector type; in a military-grade OD green heavy
vinyl carry bag. It covers 130-180, 200-225 and 430-480 MHz at up to 200
watts carrier. Options include additional, snap-on antenna elements with
separate supplied feed lines and connectors for other U/VHF bands in
addition to those covered with the basic system; or may also be supplied in
a version covering 750-950 MHz, 1.8 GHz (GSM), 1.9 GHz (PCS), 3.5-3.6 GHz (WiMAX),
4.9 GHz (Government) and all 5 GHz (WiFi) bands at up to 100 watts
carrier, without coverage of the 130-80, 200-225 and 430-480 MHz bands. A

An optional mast mounted U/VHF element is
available to allow coverage of the standard G1 and 750-950 MHz, 1.8
GHz (GSM), 1.9 GHz (PCS), 3.5-3.6 GHz (WiMAX), 4.9 GHz (Government) and
all 5 GHz (WiFi) bands at up to 100 watts carrier. A wire dipole

The RADS 9-11/G2 is a U/VHF only, man-portable
antenna system designed for use by federal, state and local government
agencies and the military. It is similar to the RADS 9-1/G1 but
incorporates the following:

U/VHF coverage at up to 200 watts carrier on 130-180 MHz, 200-225
and 430-480 MHz with one 50 foot coax feed line and choice of any two
connector types on the station end.

U/VHF coverage at up to 100 watts carrier on 750-950 MHz, 1.8 GHz (GSM),
1.9 GHz (PCS), 3.5-3.6 GHz (WiMAX), 4.9GHz (Government) and all 5 GHz
(WiFi) bands with separate 50 foot coax feed line and choice of any two
connector types on the station end.

VHF-Low Band coverage of any three channels in the 30-50 MHz range
at up to 200 watts carrier with separate 50 feet coax feed line and choice
of any one connector type.
Options include
replacement of the primary U/VHF antenna element to include not only
130-180, 200-225 and 430-480 MHz at up to 200 watts carrier, but also
both the civil aviation (108-139 MHz at up to 50 watts) and military
aviation (225-400 MHz) band to 25 watts carrier. This includes both
military SATCOM and HAVEQUICK coverage.
RADS 9-11/G3

The RADS 9-11/G3 is a U/VHF & HF combination,
man-portable antenna system designed for use by federal, state and local
government agencies and the military. It has the same U/VHF coverage as the
G2 but includes HF coverage of 1.6 to 60 MHz at up to 150 watts P.E.P. The
HF wire element can also be used as a secondary U/VHF gain antenna, well
into the UHF range to a maximum of 100 watts carrier. It includes both HF
and U/VHF, 25 foot/7.62 meter coax feed lines with type-N connectors and
N-type to BNC captive adaptors on the station end. Options include 25
foot/7.62 meter extension coax feed lines and HF wire element extensions for
increased efficiency at lower HF frequencies and additional gain on higher
HF frequencies. It allows three deployment configurations for LOS/NVIS HF,
NVIS/Medium-range HF and BLOS Long-range HF shots and is ideal for use with
the PRC-150, 117F and similar radio systems. This one system does the job
of up to four separate antenna systems and allows full function of both
present-day and legacy radio systems in the 150 watt range. It is the ideal
augmentation system for vehicle whip antennas ATH and TOC use, or as
emergency backup to larger, permanent antenna systems that could be damaged
in disaster situations. Custom modifications and other options are

of the RADS 9-11/G3 but also allows up to 400 watts P.E.P. HF use. It
