These are the only steel tubing masts that Professional Engineers will rate for top of tower antenna mast duty in all parts of the country. Ask them if they just don't drop ship them from a galvanizer in another state sight unseen. Do they Protect the finish? We put them in heavy duty cardboard tubes to assure you won't be dissatisfied.

| We actually inspect each mast to be certain the galvanizing was done correctly
before we accept it from the galvanizer. The ones that don't meet the quality test get
re-galvanized! There have been too many stories about masts that were poorly galvanized,
and after you pay a $150+ for shipping you get stuck with it. Don't let
this happen to you. We package the tubes in their own special tubes, so no damage will occur to the
protective finish. These masts are shipped to you via truck freight, It's best if A) you can have it delivered to a commercial address or B) pick it up at the freight dock or C) be present when the truck comes to make delivery. The freight company
charges a residential delivery fee of $61 We arrange for

NOTE about how these tubes are sold. Lengths subject to availability, we get long tubes between 20 and 22 feet. We may be able to select you a preferred size. But we will not sell an intermediate cut size. We will sell for instance a 20 foot tube cut to 16 feet but you will be charged for a 20ft tube and sent both pieces. How strong are these masts before they deform permanently? 2 7/8" OD X .25" wall 1026 DOM (87k psi) mast has a Yield Moment of 108,448 in-lbs 2 " OD X .25 wall 4130 chrome Moly ( 100k psi) mast has a Yield Moment of 53,689 in-lbs 2" OD X .25" wall 1026 DOM (87k psi) mast has a Yield Moment of 46,710 in-lbs Each Mast is tested, for chemical, metallurgical, and mechanical properties.
