Ordering and Shipping
Our shipping modules are under construction. They provide ship costs that are mostly correct, but not always. You may see very high costs or suprizingly low costs. Your card is not charged until we determine the best shipping value, and method.

This site uses our discounted UPS rates, and product information along with algorithims to determine the exact shipping charge for your order. While many of your orders will reflect the correct shipping charge, some will not. We are finding that when multiple, or some, items are purchased the software sometimes charges too much or too little. In order to give you the best value we calculate the exact shipping cost before we ship your order. Beacuse of this you may see shipping charges on your receipt that are lower or higher than on your original order. We are working to refine this process so you are always presented with the exact ship costs. Thank you for your understanding.
We have no minimum. Your order is important to us whether it is for $5 or $50.000.
Array Solutions Stocked Products: We ship most orders within 5 business days (Next and Second Day orders are normally shipped within 24 hours). We ship Monday through Friday. Our normal method of shipment is UPS Ground. International orders are sent with UPS Express Saver or via the USPS. We do not ship C.O.D. Array Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. You may request shipment by other means such as DHL, FedEx, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air or Air Freight for export orders. Equipment is packed very carefully and sent insured. Please provide us with a full shipping address. UPS cannot ship to a Post Office box.
Sales outside the United States
Foreign orders must be payable in U.S. dollars. You may use Visa, MasterCard, postal money order or bank check drawn on a U.S. bank with transit numbers imprinted on bottom of the check. We do accept bank transfers (there is a USD $40 fee) to our account. We will supply you our banking information upon request.
Purchase of products by those outside the United States of America constitutes purchaser's agreement that all questions concerning the respective rights and obligations arising under the terms of purchase are subject to arbitration under the provisions of Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Section 172.001 et seq.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, cashiers and personal checks, and bank transfers. Phone order customers please be ready to provide card number, expiration, issuing bank, billing and shipping address plus home & work phone (e-mail customers please provide this information also). We request this information for your protection. Money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks may require 2 weeks to clear from un-established customers and/or large purchases.

Array Solutions shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (8.25%) for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales, use, or other taxes on orders shipped outside Texas.
